Carrozzeria Mirabile can start from the raw composite material component and carry out all processes required to create the finished product internally.
Our specialised staff starts by preparing the surfaces to be painted through a sandpapering process.
The prepared material then passes to the real painting phase within our modern furnaces. During the painting phase, as in all other phases, we are highly focussed in order to create components of the highest quality standards.
The next phase is polishing: the finishing process is extremely important in order to ensure that the product complies perfectly with our customers’ demands.
The final phase is quality control: this process is carried out using equipment such as the glossmeter (to measure shine) and the multi-angle spectrophotometer which reads colour. The quality control phase is highly important as it guarantees a perfect piece.
